Shelley has a background of 20 years in the Dance industry both as a professional dancer and teacher.

After training at a top London college, she has performed all over the world and the UK and taught at various vocational performing arts schools and colleges.

She specialises in teaching Ballet, Tap and other theater subjects.

Shelley has always been keen to help with injuries after having many injuries as a dancer and seeing injured students, and decided to start by training in sports massage therapy as a way to do this. 

Shelley is a mum of one and enjoys cooking, the theater and travel.
