Mental Health Therapist

Information

Counsellor & psychotherapist , Guided visualisation, Hypnotherapy, Integrative therapy, Couples therapy, Neurodivergent pre-assessments

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with a person-centred and psychodynamic approach, integrating elements of CBTand solution-focused techniques. My work often explores the unconscious mind, which makes up around 95% of our brain activity and can hold the deeper roots of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

I offer a creative and supportive space where clients can feel safe to explore their inner world without judgement. Working with adults, young people, and children, I use tools such as art therapy, guided visualisations, and stone work to make the therapeutic process approachable and engaging.

Alongside traditional talking therapy, I teach mindfulness and focus on mind–body awareness, helping clients to recognise how physical sensations and emotions are connected. This understanding can be key in processing trauma and fostering emotional healing.

My aim is to help clients develop self-awareness, manage difficult emotions, and build practical coping strategiesthat support ongoing personal growth and wellbeing.
